Loose motions black in color
I am passing loose motions black in color for past 2 days..i had shawarma day before yesterday night and since then i have this problem first i thought its normal but its continuing till now in black color only..please help

Black stool may or may not be malena. sometimes food cause change in Colour of stools but it is of kess SIGNIFICANCE.
Stool test and more details about your history can help. Also you can share the photo of your stools.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc. plant based diet is the ideal diet.
