Loose motions from 15-18 days
Hello all..my 6months old baby pooping 6-7 times daily not regularly like she's okay 2-3 days then again this thing started..this is the 2nd time it is happening.. earlier it happened  when she was puking too so we consulted Dr...he prescribed us that BACILLUS vial and Oflox rediuse. I'm attaching the pic of her poop. I'm only Giving her vial again...is this because of teething...as she drools also and her gum is also hard. Why is it happening again.

Sharing photos of your baby's stool with your pediatrician can provide valuable information. This can help them determine if the stools are indicative of an infection or other gastrointestinal issue. Since teething is a common cause for these symptoms and can coincide with increased drooling and harder gums, it’s likely contributing to the changes in bowel movements. However, ongoing monitoring and consulting with your pediatrician will ensure your baby receives the appropriate care and treatment.
Next Steps
Immediate Medical Attention: If your baby shows signs of severe dehydration. If there is blood or mucus in the stool. If your baby is very irritable or lethargic. If there is a persistent high fever.
Health Tips
Consult Your Pediatrician: If the symptoms persist, it’s best to consult your pediatrician again. They can determine if another course of antibiotics is necessary or if there’s another underlying cause.

It seems to be teething problems which leads to gut infection. It's quite common. Focus on diet and hydration. Baby's gut will be adjusted accordingly...give him some time. Stop Oflox... Bacillus probiotic is ok. You can take a second opinion to be more comfortable.
