Hi sir/mam my 44days old baby having loose motions since 6days we are using saccharomyces boulardii cncm 1-745 oral suspension 250mg since two days but there is no better improvement so my friend suggested lactic acid bacillus by confirming with doctor. So can I use this to my 44days old baby boy for loose watery motions? I'm attaching image of medicine please check and suggest wether to use or not

Hi. All babies on breast feeds will have watery stools with small particles. This is normal.
Next Steps
Get a stool routine test and rule out infection.
