Since morning I had loose motions and stomach ache, from afternoon there was relief in stomach ache but loose motions continue along with fever and weakness

Maintain hydration with ORS solution . Drink  butter milk as much as you want. Generally it will settle in couple of days if not then contact nearby gastroenterologist.
