This is pavan I want loss my weight my height is 5-10.5 my weight is 76 how to loss my weight please suggest me proper techniques

Hi avoid extra calories,avoid junk foods,restrict carbohydrates,bad fats...add proteins to food...along with diet you have to do regular exercises for at least 2 hrs a day...don't go commercials they will have side effects.
