Hi. so Im 19 and a female and Ive been diagnosed with cervical lordosis. As soon as I got to know I took measures. did excercises. It ws ok and then suddenly it started last week and its paining so mch. I feel like twisting my neck all the time. Why is it so. And What cn I do for it. doctors which I consulted personally say do excercise at home bt its not working out. its stopping my daily work. it goes from the neck to the top of my head. It hurts very mch what can I do about it. can I take pain killer?

Cervical lordosis is the shape of the normal spine. You don't need to worry about it.
Avoid looking down into mobile/tablet/laptop screen for too long, use a firm pillow and do regular exercises.
