Loss of energy
Having depression problem for last 20 years. Taking Esetalopram - 10 and Clonazepam - 1.5 each. Having loss of energy, age 61 years male

Hello Sir, See Evidence based treatment for Depression are Medications and therapy like CBT...So plan for CBT after consulting your Psychiatrist... Secondly taking Clonazepam 1.5 mg for such long duration is not advisable due to many side effects like incoordination, decrease concentration and memory..High dependence potential etc...So plan to reduce it and get rid of it after discussing with your Psychiatrist only....I think it will help for sure
