Loss of smell
I had headache and cold last week , i took nicip plus and Doxylab for 3 days, now i m feeling well now but i lost my smell 99% and taste since last 5 days. what could b the reason, is there chance of nerve damage.

First rule out covid19 infection by RT-PCR test .
If negative than take steroids and nasal decongestant tab and nasal drops and steam inhalation for 10 days .
