When i sit or i mean when i join the sin bone with thigh bone while sitting,it feels like it gets dislocated,and when i stand up again it produces a loud poping sounds feel like joint got de attached
Plz sir tell me what is the reason
It is from 2-3 months
I used to do squats after that it started

--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days.

Sudden increase in load over joint can wash away the synovial fluid and cause these type of joint discomfort.. kindly take rest for few days and then do the exercises within normal limits .. overdoing such exercises can again give raise to these symptoms

Either it can be your knee cap(patella bone ) or it could be meniscus or can be tight tendon
