Low Amniotic Fluid (8-9)

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, I am 28 wks pregnant, yesterday i have been for the scan which said my AFI is 8 to 9, low according to gestational age. Is it really a point of concern, something to worry about? What should be done to increase the amino fluid?
