I have been suffering from no motion forming well they are like semi solid and sometimes shapeless. Its not loose motion but just like its not having round banana type solid shape.
Also, my appetite is low since 3-4 years
I do eat a lot but it feels like it doesn't get digested.
Can masturbation cause these problems or something else? My blood reports are normal or always stay around normal sometimes small ups and down but mostly normal
I am deficient in vitamin D though
