BP are of two types in our body. One which you know and you discussed called systemic hypertension or hypotension.. other called pulmonary hypertension..
Systemic is between body and heart and pulmonary is between lungs and heart.
Systemic hypotension has no relation to lungs and breathing. Pulmonary usually never have a low BP..
