Madam certain types of fibroids can cause back pain but not all.... in ur case d size n position of fibroids I need to know to tell u if it s d reason for ur pain. Good treatment options r available to treat small n medium size fibroids n once u stop menses d size wil shrink n some may disappear too only a thorough examination wit a good gyne wil help u further
