I got low back pain from last one month and still not recovery. Please give me any suggestion for relief.

Hi Sorry for your pain. If you are having pain for one month, I would like to get an x-ray done of your back. I would like to know more about your pain. How did it start and when does it aggravate? Do you feel stiffness of back on morning?
