In last three months, there were instance of low blood pressure in morning after getting up from bed. Feeling dizziness, sweeting, head pain.

low blood pressure after getting up is due various reasons
such nerve damage ( autonomic nueropathy) due to diseases such as diabetes, old age,etc it also may be due to certain blood pressure lowering tablets . consult your physician in person for examination of blood pressure in standing and lying posture, and investigations
