Hello, i m four months pregnant. I m suffering from low bp.. 98/70.. Felt giddiness in the morning. Wat food diet, plz tell me?
Shuld i hav salty n spicy food?

Have plenty of fluids (home.made lemon juice with salt and sugar, coconut water, glucon d d). Normal drinking water 2-4L per day. In diet, take small small meals in every 2_3 hrs. Add fruits morning and evening, nuts, lean meat( in case you are non vegetarian), lentils, yoghurt. Avoid oily food, junk food, red chilli, garam masala, maida.
