Low Fever since 4 months
I have been facing 98.6-99.5(99+rare) fever since last 4 months at mostly afternoon. I have loss of appetite and nausea (now better) as well. I was diagnosed with dengue then but it was false positive, since it was still positive after 3 months and i never had high fever. I still feel low on power and slight fever as well. Now after 4 months again in doing test it was confirmed typhoid. What are precautions and treatment for speedy recovery.
