Low haemoglobin level
I have a very low haemoglobin (8.6 g/dl). What can I do to improve it? It's been 4 years now, I have always had a low hb level ( never more than 10). Kindly suggest!

its not very low hemoglobin unless u hv symptom like easy fatigability weakness.

autrin cause black stool so dont get tense abot dat dont take it empty stomach it may cause mild gastritis.
