HDL Cholesterol(Good Cholesterol) can be increased by consuming more Nuts, ie, Almonds, Cashews and foods that contain Omega 3 fatty acids. Also taking an Egg a day is also Useful. Also Quit Smoking, Bakery foods. etc
Apolipoproteins are a Biochemical componds which transport Lipoprotein'
Maintaining Regular Exercise, Healthy weight, A sound sleep can increase apolipoprotien.
