I am 14 weeks pregnant but my heamoglobin is just 9. Actually my heamoglobin has always been in the range of 8-10. My HPCL reports and other tests are normal too. What can I do to increase the levels? I am experiencing extreme fatigue.

Hb 9 in 1st trimester I'd definitely low but oral medications and intake of iron rich food is enough at this level. But as u are having complaints like fatigue better to increase to iron twice daily and iron rich food. If still doesn't increase we have to give you iron injection after 20weeks.
