Low hemoglobin level
Today i gave sample for hemoglobin lipid profile my hemoglobin is on lower side and also wbc count I suffered from covid-19 a month ago and even since not feeling full fitness however I suffered from mild symptoms only do i need further evaluation for anemia? Is my cholesterol very high do i need to take medication for it? I have no comorbidity

Your hemoglobin and other parameters are okay In lipids profile total cholesterol level and triglycerides levels are high.
Next Steps
cholesterol and triglycerides levels could be brought down if you change your lifestyle and food habits. Avoid fatty foods smoking and alcohol consume lots of fruits and vegetables lose weight -exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. after 3 months check the lipids profile ,liver function test. if values still remain high after blood test ,you need to be on cholesterol lowering medicine

Hi dear Ur hemoglobin is fine u don't need to do anything for it just a healthier diet is enough but yes ur cholesterol is high and u will need treatment for it so please consult on practo so that we can discuss ur lifestyle and start treatment accordingly with changes in ur diet Take care

From Indian standards your Haemoglobin is quite OK. You should take Iron and Folic acid supplements so that it doesn't go down.

Avoid taking tea after meals..hb will improve For cholesterol start brisk walking to cut down calories
