My inlaw who is 30years of age, looks well built and can do all of his activities on his own, is uneducated and unemployed. Following are some of his behaviour characteristics.
Need help to know if he can improve in atleast few of them. Any treatment possible?
1. He cannot identify difference of money denominations
2. He cannot count properly
3. Can forget the route and his location if goes to a new place
4. At his home he is comfortable, can go around and come any time in a day, but not in new location
5. Is fond of movies a lot, watches a lot. Listens to music a lot

I think she has learning disorder. Brain MRI,CT scan,Blood for TSH,FBS,etc few tests are needed.
U should consult a Medicine specialist dr in ur area for her any physical problems.
After that u consult psychologist and after proper examination diagnosis can be done what physical and mental disorder s she have.
After diagnosis must follow treatment.

He may be having borderline or low intelligence. Much of the training is done in childhood still you can take him to a psychologist for behavior therapy
