Low lying of cerebellar tonsils
Kindly see my MRI report for Cervical spine with CVJ which shows low lying of cerebellar tonsils with mild crowding of foramen magnum.
I have symptoms of left back side head pain as of now.

If the pain is persistent and there are other associated symptoms like numbness or tingling sensation on the upper and lower limbs , you may need surgery.
