Low on energy
I am otherwise a healthy female with optimum weight but the moment I miss a meal say breakfast or lunch , unlike most other people, I feel a sudden loss of energy and I just want to lie down... as if my BP lowers. I never got my BP checked but I assumed it was that. Is it normal?

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit a MD general medicine so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile, Vitamin B12, etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
