Low on sex drive
Hi! I am just newly married and have a good understanding with my wife. After some good intimacy sessions currently I am feeling low on sex drive. I am unable to maintain a good erection for a longer sex. I am unable to figure whether it's fatigue and exhaustion or some gastric issues. I have not been able to exercise regularly recently. If I masturbate during daytime though feels good enough. I never had prior sex before marriage and the corona of glans is a bit sensitive. Please advise if I need to visit a doctor if yes then which specialist.

Hi. Please see an urologist. As you mentioned stress and anxiety can cause problems with erection. Your urologist might also check your testosterone levels and if you are feeling tired then get checked for diabetes also.
