Hello,My sodium levels are 126,despite drinking coconut water,electrolytes daily..Is it dangerous?

Hyponatremia can be due to multiple reasons for which we need detail history for properly ecaluating the cause, diagnose it and advise you the treatment and managment accordingly
As of now just take 5gm extra salt in diet and if you are on any medicines please look for which can cause hyponatremia and ask your doctor about it.
