Low sperm and 1% active motility

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Trying for baby since 2 years. Took spercus tablet since my hubby has low sperm count and low motility. So what can be done next to achieve success. My hubby is also diabetic since 1 year. Please suggest us what's the next step?
