Low sperm and motility
I did the sperm test and got a 10% motility with 10.2 million sperm count. Can I conceive? My doctor gave me medication for 3 months full of vitamins and then to redo the test all over again. Will this help ?

No vitamins will kot work rather cap coQunil and other are also not effective better we will go woth ayurvedic medicine to increase ur sperm count and motility as ur reprot shows it is oligospermia
