It is not possible to get pregnant at this count and motility as normal count is 40 millions and progressive motility is 40% it can be cured completely

Sperm count is low and needs treatment. Don't worry treatment is possible. Just consult a andrologist/sexologist in person for evaluation and treatment. It usually takes around 2 months for improvement.
