I have been tested for sperm count but count came only 1. so now what exactly i have to do can i be a father ?

You can be a father even with this count due to newer technologies like ICSI

However to improve sperm count take Tablet Fertisper once at bedtime daily for 3 months

Avoid tight undergarments
Avoid laptop on lap
Take shower twice a day
Avoid heat and dehydration
