Low weight gain in my 4 months old baby
I am giving nan 1 formual milk to my baby, her weight is 4.8 kg n she is 4 months old, what should i do?

Just try  to  give  ur  breast feed  to  baby  If  not  possible  then  Give  top  feed also in  adequate  amount  Baby  should  pass  at  least  8-10times  urine  per  day
