Hi There,
I recently met with an accident where i broke couple of my spinous processes(l4, & L5) on 24th March,2017. I went over medication and braced my back with belt. This back bracing healed my fracture by May,2017 but the pain in my sacrum , sometimes in my tail bone presists as of date (3rd july,17).

U may have injury to ur tail bone (coccyx ).
Use ring cushion for sitting . Hot fomentation. For few days.
