Lower abdomen pain and pelvic pain

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I ve lower abdomen and pelvic pain , in 2019 I underwent Myomectomy surgery ( fibroids) , Report of my ultrasound is. Endometriosis displaced posteriorly and measure thickness of 9 mm. I am under medication for hypothyroid.
