Lower abdominal pain

Question

Asked for Female, 30 Years

She is suffering pain in urinary incontinance, lower abdomen and pain in genital areas so we went to gynaecologist and took some tests like urine culture, cbc, ct scan and she said there may be some inflammation in bladder and she prescribed some medicine but still no improvement.kindly tell me what is the problem I'm attaching the reports.

Urine reports don't show infection. I'd like to see CT report as well. For now, I suggest you to see a surgeon. Polycystic ovaries won't cause pain.
