Lower back ache
Since one week i am getting right lower back pain, I can't able to sit, sleep and stand for some time also.

Presenting you can take some pain killers like diclofenac/ paracetamol for time being ...u need evaluation for back pain it could be problem with your backbone or sometimes gynecological cause. If u have other symptoms like pain increasing during periods or heavy bleeding you need to consult. Or if there is no periods symptoms u need to consult orthopedician
