Lower back and leg pain
From last 1 year I have a severe pain in my lower back and sometimes it goes down the leg. i have been to multiple doctors and they have told me that I have L4-L5 disc problem and they prescribed me lot of medicine and I took them continuously but yet ni relief and some doctors have suggested me to have steroids.Please let me know is it beneficial??.What should I do to have a permanent relief from this?

Nerve root block with steroids and physio are helpful. Injection might be temporary
