I was lifting weight involving the lower back. It was fine for almost an year, but suddenly with increasing weight, suddenly a sharp pain started creeping in my lower back. So I stopped that exercise, but again after a month when I did it, after the first few rep, it suddenly happened again. Once it happens,pain stays on for a few days and its bad.
