Lower back pain
Few months back I when I was playing volleyball I got back pain. Pain area is low down the back, still it persists sometimes when I sleep in face down, etc. I feel my back is rigid.

Hy. U start the spinal extension exercise for 15 dayes 2 times in a day. Avoid the forward bending. If u not relief in pain.than advised some back xray and mri for back bone.
