Lower back pain from almost a month
My lower back pain started on Sep 26th while playing badminton. Since then it was constant. Few days later my pain has increased a lot and after 2 days it got reduced. Then i started playing badminton again and started going to gym as well. After few days the pain became very high that i am not even able to get up for 2 days. Later again it god reduced. But after few days again i got the pain and its been a week since i am struggling with pain. I am not able to sit properly and move like before

• Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
