Lower back pain
From past 2 days suddenly my lower left back pain started when I got up in morning,the temp  was 99 but came to normal after taking crocin,the pain is like  muscle pull but it's not going away at all,shortness of breath,different taste in mouth,loss of appetite,fatigue,97° at night times,I suffer from gerd and gastritis from past 4 years,I was bitten with mosquitoes 2 days back,should I go for malaria test.i feel like something is blocked in nose which is making me troubled breathing.what tests should I go for.what can be the problem.
