Hi Doctor,
Iam suffering with lower back pain since two years it's long time still I have pain,because of my MRI shows central disc protrusion in l5 S1 level,only I have sitting problem, no radiating pain,when I sitting problem starts pain start.
But I heard about Ayurvedic medicine for treatment, but I strongly doubt I observe in l5 S1 vertebrae space small in MRI.But if I take Ayurvedic medicine how it going to disc push in bones,how verbra spaces normal please tell me sir about my problem how it cure.
Iam afraid of this,how can I alright my health.

Hi, as per MRI reports L5- S1 , L3-L5 also showing disc bulging this is the main reason of back pain . yes if you take ayurvedic treatment + therapy it will provide you strength as well help to repositioning of discs .
