Lower back pain
Hi, I'm 34 year old. Height - 6'2". Weight-114kgs I'm experiencing lower back pain occasionally. Its not severe. But occasionally when i lie down after sitting for a long time or while getting up in morning. Also i feel numbness in my hand occasionally when i place it behind my head while lying down for a while in a same position. Is this normal !?

Mechanical low back pain is due to wrong posture or excessive loading of spinal coloumn.
Health Tips
• Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level. • Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital.
