I am suffering from lower back pain since 45 days.
Not continuously if I rest then pain is cure but when I sit 8 hours for my work then pain stars.
When I do recovery exercise then pain cure but when siting pain starts.
3 months ago I was go through this problem but automatically cure my pain but after three months this problem comes but this time take long time for cure and not cure yet.
I am on holiday for 7 days two days before no siting then pain was cure totally but after back to my work pain starts. Please suggest what I do.
Please help me
