Lower back pain
Lower back pain..feeling pain through back of the legs. I constantly feel like urinating and passing stool. Which I feel gives me relieve momentarily. What should I do?

Hello... Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) .. . You should get an MRI of spine to know if there is any disc prolapse .....avoid lifting weight, climbing steps ...don't do heavy work ....consult orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon
