Lower back sprain
I am having severe lower back pain. Not able to walk and sit. Got a sudden jerk when my daughter pulled me.

• Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi, the reason for your back is improper posture. You must have bent suddenly because of which you have got back ache. It could be a muscle spasm too. However, it would be better if you meet a Physiotherapist who will assess you in detail and prescribe you exercises/ treatment.
