Lower left abdomen mild pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am.having mild and mild lower left abdomen heaviness or pain..i have mild testicles pain too and it sometimes goes to right and its mainly in left and its very bearable but its happening since a week..im worried and it happened before 3 months and now it is again and i took antibiotics for stomach pain but it really didnt work very well because i have mild pain in my lower abdomen why is it so? Im worried please tell me doctor.. Could it be any infection or stone or sexually transmitted disease and i had sex last time in february...what is the issue?
