Lower left back light pain
This happened about a couple days ago. My lower left side of my back had light pain above the buttox when I sleep on it or push on it. It isn't terrible pain but it's small pain.

Hi there...try not to bend forward for heavy activities....avoid them completely..try sleeping on soft cushioned mattress...apply some gel before going to bed..if persists then get examined
