Lower right pelvic pain
I have been having moderate crampy sharp pain in my lower right pelvic area. I am a week late for my period. I have the paragaurd IUD. I also have a history of UTIs and I am prone to getting them. It hurts to put pressure on the right side of my pelvis. I also notice the pain in my lower back on the right side. I have been urinating more than I usually do and when I need to urinate it feels like I'm about to pee myself if I don't get my pants down in time. My lower pelvis sometimes hurts when I urinate as well. I know it is not the common UTI because I have no burning or the urgency that comes with a UTI. I'm wondering if it is something to do with my bladder, my IUD, or my right ovary. I also have extemely severe pain during intercourse to the point that I almost throw up. Please help! I also know that it is not an STD bc I was just recently tested a few months ago during a routine papsmear and I have had the same partner for a year.
