Lowered sugar levels after fasting
I am a diabetic for the last 14 years. I have never been on medication. Normaly my sugar levels are high both fasting and Pp. This morning I got my test done and strangely fasting was 247 and PP was 169. How is this even possible. After fasting I immediately had one pesserettu (made of moong daal) and did some walking. My mom had same breakfast Nd did same activity as me but her fasting was 142 and PP was 291.

Hi sir since you ar Diabetic for 14 yrs with out medication I would like to clarify certain things 1.your HbA1c values in the past if not kindly do it now And Is it real 8 hrs overnight fasting or taken any eatables in between. Some patients will have oversecretion of glucose from liver  so they will have more Fbs than ppbs Any symptoms like increased thirst,wt loss, itching, tiredness Since family history of diabetes is there I would recommend medication. Thanks
Next Steps
