Lumbar Spondylosis.
Hello, Age 79 As I am having nerve pain in the ankle and slowly it will spread to leg up to the waist the pain starts while walking. There is no pain while resting. Doctor given me numeth p for this. And I had an MRI of Lumbosacral Spine. In that L3/4 and L4/5 discs shows loss of height. Impression: single changes along the end plates adjacent to the L4/5 disc Diffuse bulge of L3/4 disc with posterocentral/ left paracentral protrusion with ligamentum flava thickening. Diffuse Bulge of L4/5.

Hii I am physical treapist I will help you to reduced your pain I will help to treat by exercises and equipment and exercises this before if you look at the vertebra and they are shifted we went to keep keep tham stable by strenthing the core primarily abdominal muscles we going to flex and you Bob so the first your gonna do is pelvic anterior Or posterior tilt Pelvis and tightening so stomach and your going to do10 to 15 If you comfortable of doing the we go for next things
